Start Your Full-Service EDDM Order
Pick your delivery routes, upload your design, and we handle printing and USPS mailing — start to finish.
What is EDDM, also called Every Door Mail Program? The United State Post Office is promoting a new program for businesses called Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). USPS EDDM Program is designed to reduce postage costs for businesses that wish to reach potential customers in their immediate marketing area.

Mail pieces in this program cannot be addressed individually. Since they are delivered to Every Door within a mail route, simplified addressing such as, “Postal Customer”, is printed on each piece.
Our EDDM Postcard Sizes
USPS requires all EDDM mail pieces to meet minimum size requirements. We offer three standard EDDM postcard sizes — all printed on 100# Gloss Cover stock and mailed at the EDDM Retail rate:
| Size | Dimensions | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 6.5″ × 9″ | Budget-friendly, high reach |
| Large | 4.5″ × 12″ | Menus, coupons, long-format offers |
| Jumbo | 8.5″ × 11″ | Maximum impact, full letter size |
Who Uses EDDM?
EDDM works best when your offer appeals to everyone in a neighborhood — no list required. If you serve customers based on where they live, EDDM is a natural fit.
Home Services
HVAC, landscaping, roofing, cleaning services — ideal for neighborhood sweeps, storm follow-ups, and reaching homeowners in new developments.
Food & Beverage
Pizza shops, new local cafes, full-service restaurants. Geographic reach drives foot traffic better than expensive digital lists.
Health & Wellness
Gyms, dental and family medical practices, independent pharmacies. People choose health providers close to home.
Local Retail & Entertainment
Auto repair shops, boutiques, theaters and event venues — perfect for seasonal sales, grand openings, and building local awareness.
Real Estate & Civic
Agents running just-listed or recently-sold campaigns, local political candidates, and non-profits reaching an entire community.
Pro Tip: EDDM works best when your offer is universal. If you need to reach only specific people — classic car owners or families with young kids, for example — targeted direct mail is usually the smarter investment. Not sure which fits your goal? Ask us.
