Medicare Agent Mailings: Lists, Printing, and Mailing

This is full service: Accurate Mailing Service prints your mail and mails it for you.

We do both parts, the mailing list and the mailing itself, on one order.

Seminar invitations, reply cards, and large-print handouts ship to you, while finished prospect mailings go to the USPS and then to homes.

Tell us who you want to reach. We will email you how many people are there and pricing for the print products you select.

Who would you like counts for? Check one or both.

Free direct mail tracking report

Every full service mailing from Accurate Mailing Service includes a tracking report showing when your mail reaches the local USPS delivery facility.

Mail is not tracked piece by piece, so no one can confirm delivery to a single address, and no delivery date is guaranteed.

How this works

1. Tell us who you want to reach

The ZIP codes you serve, and whether you want people turning 65, people already 65 and older, or both. We pull the count by hand and email it back with a quote. Free, and no obligation.

2. Choose what you want printed

Postcards, letters, envelopes, flyers. Need help with the design? Just ask.

3. Choose how it gets mailed

We handle everything. Design, printing, addressing, and mailing. You approve the piece and we take it from there.

Or we print it and ship it to you. You mail it yourself, on your own schedule. You do not have to hire us to mail it in order to have us print it.

September production dates fill quickly. A typical mailing takes about 5 to 10 days from order to delivery in homes. USPS determines delivery timing, not us, and delivery dates are not guaranteed, so we plan backward from the date you want it to arrive.
